At His Presence Church, we believe that the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) calls individual believers to active participation, stopping for the one right in front of us, starting with our family and friends, the marketplace where we study or work, and our neighbors, making disciples of all nations.

Your character provides the legal right to speak into someone's life. Before your family, friends, or colleagues listen to your words, they watch your actions. Imitate Christ in everything you do. - Relationship: Building Bridges of Trust
True discipleship is built on a foundation of genuine human connection. Invite a friend or colleague to a casual coffee or lunch with no spiritual agenda. Simply seek to know them, and offer a safe, judgment-free space. - Listening: Discovering the Father's Heart for Others
Excellent listening is rare in a noisy world. Listen to understand, and listen with spiritual discernment. Quietly ask the Holy Spirit, "What does this person need right now? Comfort, wisdom, or encouragement?" This allows you to speak to the root of their situation rather than just the symptoms. - Sharing: Speaking Truth in the Right Moments
Weave your spiritual life into casual conversations naturally. When asked about your weekend, don’t edit God out. A simple statement like, "I heard a great message at my church family on Sunday that really helped me refocus for this week," makes faith feel accessible, not forced. When a coworker shares a crisis, lean into the moment and ask, “Do you mind if I pray for you?” Hearing a heartfelt prayer tailored to their specific pain is a powerful demonstration of God's love. - Invitation: Opening the Door to Christ and Community
The ultimate goal of sharing your faith is giving people a clear pathway to connect with Jesus and His church. When the Holy Spirit opens a door through your conversations, extend a direct but low-pressure invitation to a youth event, small group, or church service. When a colleague expresses an explicit desire to change their life, experiences a profound moment of prayer, or asks how they can have the peace you have, invite them to accept Jesus directly.

Use Scripture to explain our foundational beliefs on salvation:
- All of us have sinned and fallen short of God’s standards. (Romans 3:23)
- The just punishment for our sin is eternal separation from God in hell. (Romans 6:23)
- There’s no way we can ever earn our way into heaven. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
- Jesus, the Son of God, lived a sinless human life among us. (Hebrews 4:14-15)
- He died on the cross then rose again, defeating sin forever. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
- Because of Jesus’ perfect sacrifice, we can be reconciled with God and spend eternity with Him in heaven. (John 14:6, Galatians 3:26, John 3:16)
- Salvation is God’s free gift to us, but we must accept it. (Romans 10:9-10)
